Compensation
Sometimes you need to give yourself a reward for the things that you've accomplished through the hard days, weeks, months, or years of labor.
No God will give it to you, trust me. Just give yourself a pat in the back and smile at the sky. It works.

Consumerism
An explorer's day out in the dying city turned out to be okay with good finds.
Loot for the day: raglan, shirt, local and international audio, documentary, movie, skate video, pins and name plates.

Take It To Your Grave
Straight Edge is a subculture of hardcore punk whose adherents refrain from using alcohol, tobacco, and other recreational drugs. It was a direct reaction to the sexual revolution, hedonism, and excess associated with Punk Rock. For some, this extends to not engaging in promiscuous sex, following a vegetarian or vegan diet, and not using caffeine or prescription drugs.
Today is the 12th Annual Edge Day all over the world. The first annual National Edge Day was celebrated on October 17, 1999 at the final Ten Yard Fight concert at the nightclub Karma in Boston, Massachusetts. The concert also featured the bands Bane, In My Eyes, Fastbreak, Reach The Sky and Floorpunch. This show marked the end of the 1990's youth crew revival.
I'm not a person who's practicing a Straight Edge lifestyle, but I like the whole concept and idea of it. The principles and ideals involved in this lifestyle is on point in living a healthy and good life. Much love and respect for the people who are "Edge" for years.
And this free gift package from Fists of Fury (Hardcore band from San Francisco) came just in time for Edge Day. Again, HAPPY EDGE DAY!
